Hi! We have two children - our son is a curious toddler (2.5 years) and our daughter is almost one. We have a German shepherd who can be in the common area if you are comfortable with dogs; she can otherwise stay in the basement or outside.

The kids require some supervision due to their age, but are overall well-behaved children. We do not do screen time; they enjoy reading and playing with toys. Our son will need assistance with toileting, our daughter is in diapers. Other duties: snacks/meals, playtime, possibly nap or bed routine.
