We are moving into our very first home on October 1st. My son has had the same babysitter since he was 2 years old. His grandfather has assisted in picking him up from there and caring for him from 6pm- bedtime until I return home from work typically after 11pm. With this move my dad will no longer be able to watch him.
We need someone who is reliable and dependable and follows routine. My son is very routine based and without a solid routine he struggles.
My schedule varies by week. I typically need care 3 days a week from 2pm until 8pm. Occasionally I will need care at 8am-5pm or from 12pm-6pm.
