Mom and dad, 4yo son with possible spevial needs, 2yo daughter and 10yo that stays every other week. Grandpa and uncle frequently stop by and to help care for children
To watch, care for out children one day a week to start, could possibly lead to 5 days a week.
Currently, Mom and dad work alternating schedules (mom day, dad nights) to cover child care with grandpa covering two hour gap in between. Uncle usually watches them on Thursday afternoons because mom works late on Thursdays
