Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys spending time outdoors, loves reading with little ones, and is comfortable around dogs—we have two Labradors who are very much part of the family.

• Location: Charlottesville – Pantops
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 25–35 hours/week (flexible)
• Pay: $21–26/hour

Responsibilities:
- Engaging, attentive care for our 1-year-old.
- Lots of outdoor time (access to trails and a neighborhood pool).
- Reading, playing, and supporting developmental activities.
- Light housekeeping during nap time
-Must be dog-friendly.

Both parents work from home and are available as needed, but we value someone who feels confident managing the day.
