Someone who can be flexible for help once a week or every other week with about a weeks notice. Occasionally during afternoons or evenings during the week or Saturdays, sometimes mornings.
We have a 7 year old boy who is being homeschooled and a 12 year old girl.
Dad has on-call travel schedule hence not a regular schedule.
Different needs would be: taking care of them, when mom needs to get work done or go out, or when mom and dad go on a date, maybe occasional transportation to morning school activity (for our son’s enrichment classes) or after school activity.
