Baby : He's a happy kid, 14 months old, loves trucks and laughing.
Mama: WFH mom primarily focused on having fun with the kiddo, extremely rarely has solo time.

Dada: Works in the city, super busy during the day and evenings.
I'd need someone who would be able to function as a mother's helper/babysitter outside of the home when on the go, meeting us out or picking us up (I'd prefer the carseat to be in the sitter's car either way) and taking over child care as needed. Unlike typical mother's helper jobs, I will not need help cleaning or around the house. I'll just need someone to take over childcare during errands if I'd like to stop at a salon fr example.
I'm in Arlington, VA, and I have an entirely flexible schedule. We'd be in Arlington, DC, or Alexandria when running errands.
