We need a babysitter for two children aged 2.5 and kindergarten. Flexible start date. The schedule includes 3 weekdays (also flexible) and some weekends from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Responsibilities include caring for children, driving to activities, helping toilet train our 2 year old, preparing meals and snacks, managing bedtime, and doing light housekeeping and laundry. The ideal candidate has experience with special needs, as my son has ADHD and autism. He is very smart and "high level", his difficulties are just in emotional regulation and behavior. Also ideally owns a car or other reliable transportation (our house is not walkable from Metro or bus), and is comfortable around cats.
