2 parents, 2 elementary school kids. LGBT+ family. All of us likely some flavor of neurodivergent; kids don’t have special needs but are often socially worn out after school. House is unfortunately very messy, which we’re working on but it’s a work in progress. One cat.

We both work from home but would like a sitter to mind the kids after school and oversee homework and/or do some low-energy activities. The younger gets home around 3:45 most days and the older around 4:45. A couple days a week the younger kid has after-school activities so he’d need picking up at 4:30.

We’re flexible on days—wouldn’t have to be 5 days a week. Picking up from after school activities isn’t a must. Being on our wavelength more important than extensive experience.
