Need help with 3 year old girl mornings during the week

My wife and I need help looking after our daughter so we can get work done in the mornings.
Ariel is 3. She loves dolls, dress up and Mickey Mouse.
Help us entertain our daughter with as little tv watching as possible. We are potty training.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Toilet training
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Bedtime
