Two families looking for afterschool care for two Kindergartners (ages 5 and 6) in Bren Mar Park neighborhood of Fairfax County (just outside of West End Alexandria). Looking for care from 4-6 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Sitter would pick up both kids from the Elementary school at 4 pm and walk them to one of the families' houses for the afternoon (~7-10 min walk). Once at home, sitter would give kids a snack (provided by families), then play with and supervise free play until 6 pm.
Transportation to neighborhood required, but school is walkable so no driving of children is needed. Must be comfortable with dogs. Parents work from home so they would be present during this time. Open to parent's helper scenario if high school student is interested.
