M-F nannie for working mom

I have a 4 month old son and I work from home and desperately need the help so I can focus on getting through the work day.
Feed and change my son every 2-3 hours. He likes to play and have human interaction and still naps throughout the day.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
