full-time nanny for a 7 year old and an 11 year old boy

I have two boys, one is newly 11 and then other is 7. Both my wife and I work so we’re looking for someone to take care of them while we’re working.
feed the children, take them to activities, and help them with summer homework.
preferably could do occasional weekends.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Special needs experience
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Help with homework
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
