We need a caring babysitter starting on January 16, to care for a 5 year old. I also have a 12 year old as well as a 17 year old. My 17 year old is autistic and can't care for my 5 year old. The babysitter engages the children in play, reads stories, and helps with basic learning activities. They prepare snacks and meals, ensure a safe environment, and manage daily routines, including nap times. The babysitter must communicate with parents about any issues or needs and maintain a positive atmosphere. Experience with young children and first aid certification are important. A flexible schedule is preferred.
