The nanny will be alone with all 4 kids for 7-10 days per month. The older kids mostly take care of themselves. The 9 year-old needs to be driven to school and picked up each day. She also needs help with homework each night. Meals would need to be prepared, as well as normal house keeping. Other drop off and pick ups throughout the week. Compared to being a nanny of small children, this job would be more like a family manager position.

There is a possibility of the nanny living with us full-time (not just during the time when the parents are gone) if this would be helpful for her to not have to pay rent somewhere else. This could be discussed further.
