“Mothers Helper” for first time parents / infant - Flexible part-time schedule

Expecting our first baby in January 2025! My husband works long hours away from the home and we don’t have family around to support regularly with child care. Looking for a “Mother’s Helper”, essentially, to help me while I’m home + babysitting for date nights out. We also have a border collie mix dog that may need attn
Mothers Helper style role:
- Watch & engage with baby *typically while mom is home- off or working part time;
- Occasional sitting while out
- General Housekeeping (cleaning, tidying, baby laundry)
- Occasional dog care (walk, feed)
- Occasional misc tasks (eg put grocery away)
- Occasional errands (eg drop off mail)
Live in Brackenridge Park area.
Schedule may vary week to week. Anticipated January 2025-June 2025
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Light laundry
- Light housekeeping
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Running errands
