Long term babysitter for minimum 20 hours a week! Arabic language is bonus

I am going back to work on 11/30/2024, but I work from home, I have infant who will be 4 months in October. I am looking for someone who can be a long term babysitter.
I work from 8:30 am to 1 pm Monday to Thursday. So total hours could be minimum 20 hours.if you speak Arabic this is bonus
Requirements
- Multiples experience
- Sitter has own car
- Multi-lingual
Speaks: Arabic, English
