Carter is non verbal and in a wheelchair, most kids that are special needs have the same schedule every day he is very laid back and chill he loves watching his shows on YouTube “Jools tv or Gracie’s corner “ responsibilities we would be feeding, changing and maybe a transfer to put him in bed or change diapers or clothes.
