I’m Myesha, and I’m blessed with two wonderful daughters . Myla, 9, and Miracle, 6. They love outdoor activities, coloring, drawing, and painting. My husband, Charles, and I enjoy every moment with our creative, energetic kids. Family time is everything, and we cherish it deeply.

Prepare a healthy meal, and offer a light snack afterward. Myla and Miracle enjoy independent play with their activity books, crayons, and markers, or gaming on the Xbox. Limit TV or gaming to 1 hour per child,then take away tablets and phones. Help them tidy up and start their bedtime routine with a story or calming music.
