We are a 2-parent home. Both parents work full-time. We are looking for a sitter 3 days per week for the evening shift. My husband and I are looking for an experienced sitter with traditional values when it comes to home care. Our baby's mental, physical, and emotional safety is a priority and we expect the sitter to put our infant's needs at the forefront 100% of the time.
Our expectations: Meal Prep, Baby laundry, and 100% hands-on care when on duty. In addition, we would need diaper changes, bottle feedings, and baths provided regularly to our infant and every night before bedtime. Singing and providing tummy time for milestone development should be incorporated into daily activities while caring for our infant. The sitter is expected to transition with our infant, providing developmental activities as our baby grows.
