Needing baby sitter 4 days a week. 28 hours every week. Just scoping.

We are still expecting and therefore scoping my options. We have 1 baby girl on the way. Will probably be needing a baby sitter closer to January of next year. When my wife's parents leave
Need to feed the baby, frequent diaper changes when necessary. Prior experience with newborns and infants will help greatly. Must be flexible with schedules or at least willing to be.must try and put the baby to sleep around the time you are ready to leave.
