My husband and I work from home. We have a 3.5 year-old in daycare and need care for our 3 month old. We have a great set up with all the toys and sleep accessories for the baby. We share coffee and mom likes to bake so there will be treats as well. We look forward to having someone become part of our family.

We are looking for someone caring, engaging, and creative with newborn experience and long term availability; someone who will talk to him, love him, and be silly. We follow wake windows and age appropriate play. As he grows we'd love the nanny to engage in crafts. Additionally perform light housework in regard to the baby.

You would be a household employee, with a minimum guaranteed pay, 5 PTO days, 6 paid holidays, and any vacation days the family takes you will get paid off as well. Pay based on experience.
