Needing more of a House Manager than a babysitter. My sons are 9 and 7 years old and we prefer to do most of the childcare but work a lot so we are needing someone to help us manage the home such as:

light housekeeping/organizing. (we have a biweekly Housekeeper).
Prepping or making meals for the boys
Pack snacks for school
Make sure the boys follow their schedule of homework and cleaning their area
Helping record candid content of us with our phone (we are a content creators along with our 9-5s)
Possibly dropping off or picking up at summer camp or sports activities
helping us put laundry away
Organize pantry or fridge
unpack suitcases since after trips
