I seek a caring babysitter for my middle school child, starting after January 31, 2025, with a flexible start date. The ideal candidate is familiar with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and self harm behaviors which my daughter has history of. Mainly in search of an understanding and sweet tempered person to keep an eye on her. However, the hours are overnight as I work 12 hours night shift. She will mostly be sleeping during your sitting time. I just need an adult to monitor for safety, engage as need for activities or if she needs help for light meals. She is pretty self sufficient though. Also be ok with a small dog.
