I'm currently looking for someone to welcome into our family that is willing to care for my 3 and two year old while I'm away on patrol. My mother will be present being that she is retired and has been helping me raise my children with me being a single father. Both boys are very loveable but of course both do get into alot at their age.
What I look for in a sitter is someone who can set up and create learning activities for my three old who is currently doing screen time with his tablet and other learning resources I've bought him. I'd like someone experienced in speech therapy or close to that who can help him with talking and putting sentences together. My 2 year old is copying everything his brother does but more so curious about touching everything in the house both need outside time when the weather isn't too bad.
The current schedule can be flexible looking for someone who would be willing to care for both boys possibly three to four days out of the week. Preferable start time would be in the morning hours until latest 4 pm but willing to negotiate.
