Looking for a babysitter when our child gets sick from daycare (he just started). Schedule: 9am-5pm, 1-3 days at a time when child is sick. Duties: Provide all care, including dressing, changing, feeding, putting down for naps, etc; Engage the baby to hit developmental milestones; Keeping the common areas and baby's area tidy. Babysitter qualities: Punctual/dependable/patient/calming/personable; Experience w/ sick kids; Follow a schedule/routine; Comfortable w/ Mom advising (Mom Works @ home)
