Our family includes myself, my husband, and our three daughters, ages 10, 8, and 6 (rising 5th, 3rd, and 1st graders).
We are looking for an afternoon/evening nanny to pick the kids up from school, coordinate after school activities, prepare dinner, help with homework, and sometimes do bedtime. In addition, we need light help around the house (e.g., kids' laundry and keeping kitchen and playroom tidy)
We will pay for full time (1-9pm, M-F), although many nights we will not need coverage all the way until 9pm - only when one child has an activity and one of us parents is out of town. On average, I travel 1-2 nights per week and my husband does a lot of kid activity shuttling!
