Mom and dad both work full time with no immediate family in the area. It was a new years resolution for mom and dad to spend more alone time together

We would like someone who has experience in childcare who could help foster learning and development. It is also important to us to find someone who finds joy in working with kids.
As part of taking care of our daughter the responsibilities include (but not limited to): diaper changes, meal prep / feeding, bedtime routine.

We live in grapevine and are looking for someone who lives near by and is able to babysit on a fairly regular basis (at least one weekend day and one weeknight per month).
