We are a busy family with schedules that can be wonky at times. We are not needing full-time at the moment, but this will turn into full-time in the summer. Special needs experience definitely needed as our son is autistic and has a speech barrier. We have a beautiful spacious home, a tree swing and many, many toys!
We will expect our sitter to just primarily care for our special needs son. He loves attention, but sometimes also enjoys his own space as well.
I will be working in Lake Jackson and my Husband works in Lake Jackson and Freeport most days. Our schedules are both different and I will be getting home earlier most days than him. There will be some days he will beat me home, but I will text the sitter and keep in close communication if that ever does arrive.
