We're both working full-time and just want the best care for our son. We occasionally need a babysitter for different events. Our son is almost one, crawling, and learning new skills every day.

We require the sitter to supervise our son, assist with his bedtime routine, work on fine motor skills, and begin introducing solid foods.

We both put in long hours, starting at 6:45 in the morning, and our schedules vary as we work nearly every day of the week.
