I have a 3-year-old who is very energetic but is also really independent. He is potty trained and speaks most of his needs. I have a demanding job in which I operate commercial vehicles, so my schedule is really tight. The job function will require picking my child up from school between the time of 5:00 PM and staying with him at night until 11:30 in which you will be relieved by my sister during that time. Meals will be prepared and require you to microwave it for dinner followed by bedtime between the times of 8:30-9:30.
