Babysitter for a loving 20 month old

I need a babysitter full days on Mondays and half days Thursdays weekly with occasional weekend nights. My daughter is very sweet/loving 20 month old who loves to play. In between preparing her meals for her will be required. She still takes a long nap in the middle of the day. Would love to meet someone as soon as possible to help us cover our needs.
