My daughter is two years old, and we only recently introduced her to a nanny. However, we are looking for someone who can build a long-term relationship with her. She has a high level of communication skills and can converse in Punjabi and English. To better suit our needs, we are looking for a part-time or full-time nanny who can speak English/Hindi/Punjabi/Spanish (any of the above). She likes to have conversations and loves to play, so we're looking for someone who actively engages with kids.
