Nanny/Babysitter Wanted for Our Big, Busy Family!
We’re looking for a flexible, reliable, and proactive nanny/babysitter to help manage our household with four kids (soon to be five!) and nontraditional work schedules. If you love working with young children and helping keep a busy home organized, we’d love to meet you!
About Our Family
• Mom works 12-hour rotating shifts (6 AM – 6 PM or 6 PM – 6 AM), alternating between 3 months of nights and 4 months of days.
• Dad works weekdays, 7 AM – 4:30PM.
• Kids are 7, 6, 3, and 1, with baby #5 due in June.
• We are not a religious household and want someone comfortable with that.
• This role will start as part-time but could grow into full-time after baby arrives.
Responsibilities
✅ Mornings (5:30 AM – 7:30 AM): Help with wake-up, dressing, breakfast, and school/daycare drop-offs.
✅ Afternoons/Evenings (5PM-8PM M/W) varies by week): Pick-ups, activity transport, engaging younger kids, dinner, bath time.
✅ Household Support: Light meal prep, kids’ laundry, tidying up, and help keeping routines on track.
Schedule & Pay
• Hours will vary based on Mom’s shifts but will not exceed agreed upon weekly hours and will coordinate in advance.
• Guaranteed $320 weekly (16 hrs at $20/hr)
• Position may expand to full-time once baby arrives.
Ideal Candidate
• Flexible with a changing schedule
• Proactive and organized in managing kids and household tasks
• Comfortable driving kids (vehicle can be provided).
• Respects our non-religious household and follows our parenting approach.
• Experienced caring for 3+ children of a young age.
