3 boys, 5 years old loves Legos and transformers, 4 year old goofy cuddly loves anything his big brother is into, 1.5 year old loves to pretend clean while making a mess of course.
When getting to know a sitter we typically invite them over during the day while we're still home until we're comfortable. This allows us to catch up on chores or cleaning. We typically expect this sitter to play with the boys, reinforce good behavior, put the toddler down usually first, and then walk the bigger boys through bedtime routines and put them to sleep. This will not include showers or baths.
I tried to do at least one date night a month. Would love the opportunity to do more. In addition, we are expecting another baby in December and I would love a sitter that would be open to a mother's helper tight position coming over a couple days a week.
