We are a family of four, mom and dad are both physicians. Eileen is three years old, Ethan is 6 months old. They both currently go to a 5 day a week daycare full day, but are starting at St. Luke's in September. Eileen will be 5 days a week, Ethan will be just M-W, and the hours are 9:00-2:30 every day for both kids.
Dad works full time, mom is going to start part time in September, her hours will be from 8a-12p. M-W Eileen and Ethan start school at 9a, so we need help at our house by about 7:30 before mom leaves for work. In the morning: Help feed breakfast, prepare lunches, play with them, and then drop them off at school by 9.
Ethan doesn't go to school on Th-F so we need help for the full morning for just him. So feed/playing until mom is home from work which will be a little after noon.
Mom will be able to pick up kids each day since her clinic is done at noon. Thursday and Friday we may need help for a bit longer than noon because clinic will often run late, so hours may be variable.
We also have grandparents who will want to help every now and then, so may not even need help every single day.
