We have a 10-month-old boy who has just started attending daycare and is likely to get sick and will need to stay home very often for the following 6 months. Therefore, we need someone to provide backup care for him at home. When he stays home, the main duty will be to take care of the baby (feeding, changing diapers, putting him to sleep, etc.). When he is not at home, the duty can involve housekeeping and cooking for the same rate, or no need to come but still will receive a lower rate for being a back-up (negotiable). The most important thing for us is to find someone who is reliable and can help when care is needed during the specified timeslots (T&Th: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, and W: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm).
