We are a conservative family who love to talk about Jesus in our home. Our main focus in finding the correct candidate is someone who can respect our views and/or practice a similar lifestyle. We have a strict schedule however we are accommodating and understanding individuals and are always willing to work together.
The Sitter should be able to recognize when a diaper needs to be changed. Multi tasking and observe each child. Safety is important, making sure the children are surrounded by an individual that can be there security. Light meal preparation and cooking is required. Meals can include pre made snacks and in some cases using the oven to bake (ex.pizzas, chicken tenders etc). Having a positive attitude is going to be very important. Interaction is required and in some cases traveling (all included).
