Hello my name is Zyeria and I have a 4yr old son who is diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. He is very energetic and mostly independent. He is really sweet and enjoys to play either on his own or with his tablet. He knows how to communicate his needs such as potty, juice, eat. I am a single mommy who just needs a break.

His night routine is very simple, I stop all drinks and food at 8pm, as we are still potty training during the night time. I try to take him to the toilet 2 times during the night to avoid accidents in his sleep. He does take a does of melatonin to help. During the day, feed and keep him entertained, there’s a park near.
