Small family - me, my wife and our 3 year old. I work from home and my wife is a part time nanny, so we are able to stay home with our kid quite often. However, we are wanting to find someone who would be regularly available one or two nights a week for us to go out to dinner or have a date night on the occasional weekend!

we need someone who can get to our home around 4 and help with dinner for our child and then calm play until 7pm for bedtime and then to just hangout at the house till we get back home. :)
