We have 2 energetic boys (5&8) and I need help in the mornings regularly. My husband travels a lot or is on calls starting early & I find an extra set of hands is helpful (especially with my littlest one who has autism). We are a fun, loving family that believes in God, we have a love of travel & a bit of a crazy schedule. Both of us work from home.
This is a mix between helping me get kids ready for school (youngest has sensory challenges) & light household. Responsibilities include helping w/ breakfast, clean-up, watching my littlest while I run the other to school, laundry, etc. Looking for someone who is warm, engaging & creative with approach & a heart for kids with special needs & handles with ease, but will also just step in & help. Special needs experience is a bonus but more important to have warmth & open to adopting techniques.
We are in Green Hills. Currently need is for M,W,F but could extend to T&Th based on workload & travel as neededl. This role is helping me in the morning and not solo (unless I'm away). Looking to hire ASAP.
