We have a one year old boy. I just retired from the Air Force and I’m the process of opening up my own business. My wife works remotely from home but her job is fast paced and stressful. We are considering a sitter, so just seeing what our options are.

Watch our son while we are at work, my wife will be here throughout the day but the help would be nice. Playtime, nap time, make him lunch, change him, etc. We only need approximately 4-5 hours per day max, three days a week. We have two dogs, a golden retriever and black lab, they are super nice and well trained.
