We both have very busy schedules. My wife works from home and has a difficult time caring for our youngest daughter while she is trying to work in the office. I am gone at the hospital most days until later in the evenings so by the time I get home they are close to bath/bed

Our daughter is in the phase of exploring and curiosity. She wants to touch/taste everything, which makes it impossible for my wife to get any work done while also keeping or daughter safe around the house. We just need an extra paid off eyes/hands during certain days so my wife accomplish what she needs to accomplish

Mon-Wed are the days we will need the most help. I am home most Thursdays, so I usually watch Mia on those days. Fridays, my wife has off work and then we are typically both off on the weekends.
