We have 2 daughters 10 and 7. They already know what to do but we are looking for someone we can use for date nights. We do have a dog and cat. The girls know how to let the dog out and get ready for bed. They are energetic and would enjoy board games, puzzles and movies.
Make sure they get ready for bed. Have them eat dinner. You will not be required to cook unless you want to. Keep it simple. Airfryer or we can order food in. They will make a mess but they will also clean it up if asked to. Both our daughters are good kids but they will argue like kids will. Sometimes they can be easy and sometimes they can be hard.
We live in a good neighborhood and know our neighbors well. My wife and I like to go to dinners and movies. We also like music and would like to attend shows again. Some would be in Asheville. Once we are comfortable we will travel there for dinner and music so we could be as far as an hour away. If its an emergency our neighbors could help right away. My sister is a police officer and lives 10 mins away. We would not leave anyone far away until we all felt comfortable.
