Sitter with flexible schedule needed for 4 month old

Variable work schedule for myself and my wife leaves us with sporadic needs (morning/nights/weekends). Usually Wed-Sat needs but can discuss schedule in further detail. Looking for someone with flexibility to share a schedule among 1-2 other sitters. 2 big, very friendly dogs.
