My name is Denise and I'm a single mom of four children. My oldest two are senior in high school and a student at SCSU. For the past few years or so I've been working as a travel nurse. At times depending on the location I'm unable to travel home. While I'm away at work I need someone to provide care for my youngest two children. This is what is needed:

Arrive at home to meet my youngest daughter off her school bus at 2:40p.m. on the days she doesn't have CRP. My youngest son will arrive off bus at 4:30 on the days he doesn't have CRP. Both children attend CRP after school for school work assistance. On the days they have CRP I only need someone to come at 5:30p.m. Services needed are assistance with homework(non CRP days), transportation to piano(sometimes practice is on Saturday) and basketball practice. Occasional meal prep and bedtime assistance. Their oldest brother and sister will arrive to the home at 9:30pm-10:00p.m. to take over from there.
