Our son just turned one. I work mostly remote, but he is at the age where working during the day is difficult. He is a very cuddly, loving boy, and also very attached to me.
I'd love to get just a handful of hours a week where I can work during the day. So someone to watch/play with our son while I do that. Flexible on days/ daytime timing.
I can be mostly flexible week to week. Some work meetings may come into play for scheduling, but if not I am totally open. This would be once a week for the most part. All dependant on my work schedule (I work in theater, and some weeks may need less care or more care).
