We have one daughter who is currently 3.5 years old. We have had some great babysitters that she really liked, but they've all graduated (high school or college) and moved away. We'd love to have someone we trust who will be around longer.

Our daughter is easygoing and fun, and we usually go out shortly before her bedtime, so this will likely be a fun and easy babysitting job.
