Hello! We recently hired a babysitter we really like, but we're interested in finding a backup for times she isn't available. This would be occasional care and we'd reach out as needed but want someone interviewed and ready to go. Also, the child does have some special needs, although they're mild (child is in a regular classroom without special supports, etc.) that I'd be happy to chat more about but that don't really require special care from a babysitter.
