My spouse (works full-time, hybrid) and I (works part-time, hybrid) welcomed our first child this summer. Baby will be 3 months old when my leave ends. We also have a little dog who will not require care but does bark at new people.
Looking for covid-cautious childcare (feeding, changing, playing, etc.) for 5-20 hours per week when I go back to work.
Hours will be during the normal business day, but may be a bit unpredictable from week to week. I am willing to try to schedule my working hours in a way that works for the sitter/nanny. Also willing to discuss what "covid-cautious" looks like with the sitter/nanny but an example would be masking in our home and running CR boxes/HEPA filters. Let's chat about it!
