Full time sitter for 10 months old

We are postdoc researchers at PSU and need a nanny for our 10 months old, Isha. Though her corrected age is 7 months, and she is exploring solid foods, chatting, moving etc. We don't have any pets.
We would like the sitter to only take care of Isha: feedings, diaper change, some developmental activities.
